PTFE bonded EPDM GASKETS (16" 150LBS)

 When PTFE layers heated, the PTFE layers would bonded

with EPDM rubber, then this kind of gaskets have the good

advantages of both PTFE and EPDM,  has good corrosion resistance

of PTFE, and also has good elasticity of EPDM.

PTFE bonded EPDM gaskets are suitable for PVC pipes, and enameling pipes
use for sealing function.

   We can make the PTFE bonded EPDM gaskets in standards of:

• EPDM - durometer A, hardness 65 - 68
• PTFE bonded EPDM for maximum corrosion resistance
• Perfect sealing at low bolt tightening torque ratings; longer gasket life
• Ideal for plastic piping systems, as well as metal or plastic-lined metal systems
• Working temperature:
  • EPDM: - 40 - 195F
