HNBR CORD

HNBR (Hydrogenated nitrile rubber )is one of the rubber
with excellent comprehensive properties, which has good oil resistance,
heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, ozone resistance,
high compression permanent deformation resistance, high strength,
high tear resistance and excellent wear resistance.
It is mainly used in aerospace, automobile, petroleum and other fields,
such as aerospace seals, fuel system components, automobile oil seals,
automobile drive belts, pistons for drilling holding boxes and mud, rubber
rollers for printing and textile, damping materials, etc.
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) is a highly saturated elastomer obtained
by special hydrotreating of NBR, and NBR is obtained by emulsion polymerization
of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Butadiene is mainly produced by dehydrogenation
of butane and butene or by separation of C4 fraction.
The raw materials of HNBR are decomposed step by step, and the primary
raw materials are petroleum. The development of HNBR raw materials and
HNBR industry is greatly affected by the development of petrochemical industry.
