PTFE profile characteristics

Heat resistance: it has excellent high and low temperature resistance. Generally, it can be used continuously between - 180 ℃ ~ 260 ℃. It has significant thermal stability. It can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement and melting at high temperature.

Corrosion resistance: almost free from the corrosion of any chemicals and solvents, which can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.

Atmospheric aging resistance: the surface and properties remain unchanged after long-term exposure to the atmosphere.

Inviscid: having a small surface tension in a solid material without adhering to any substance.

Insulation: it has strong dielectric properties (dielectric strength is 10kV / mm).

Lubrication and wear resistance: it has a low friction coefficient. When the load slides, the friction coefficient changes, but the value is only between 0.04 and 0.15. It is precisely because of its strong lubrication that it also shows outstanding wear resistance.

Toxicity: physiological inertia.
